1. Quiet Hours & Conduct 🎶🔇 Please respect the community by keeping noise levels down, especially during quiet hours from 11:00pm-7:00am. No parties or disruptive behavior. 2. Parking 🚗 Guests may park one car in the parking garage. All vehicles must be parked within designated lines. Guest parking tags must be hanging from the rear-view mirror. Obey all signs and posted speed limits. 3. Trash & Recycling 🚮 All trash must be properly bagged and disposed of in the designated trash chutes found on the south end of the walkway. Cardboard and boxes are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the trash chute; please use the trash bin at the south lower-level stairwell. 4. Balcony & Common Areas 🌿 No hanging towels or clothing over the balcony railing. No grilling or open flames on the balcony. Please do not leave personal items in hallways or common spaces. 5. Pool & Amenities 🏊‍♂️ Wristbands must be worn at all times while using the pool or other amenities. No glass containers or loud music in the pool area. 6. Occupancy Limit 👥 The condo allows a maximum of 5 guests. Extra guests beyond this limit are not permitted. 7. No Smoking & No Pets 🚭🐾 This is a non-smoking condo. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved.
